To help both you and your stylist, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
Before you visit us, if you need to make a change to your service, we require a 48-hour notice. Appointments changed within the 48-hour requirement will incur a $25 service fee. We want to have the right time set aside, it's all about you baby!
Appointments cancelled inside the 48-hour requirement will incur a $25 late cancellation fee or up to 50% of the scheduled appointment amount if cancelling with less than 24 hour notice or in the event of a no-show, and a deposit will be required to book your next appointment. We will notify you prior to charging your card.
If a deposit is required, the deposit amount will go toward the total of your booked services upon completion of services.
