We get it, things happen! 

Day-to-day life is crazy, that's for sure. When things get tricky, don't forget to let your stylist know so their day doesn't get crazy, too!

 

 

 

We require a valid credit/debit card on file for cancellation fees.

 

It's nothing personal! We have implemented this action to protect your stylist and their time.

To help both you and your stylist, we require a 48-hour notice to cancellation/reschedule or to make adjustments to your scheduled appointment (i.e. add or remove scheduled services). We want to have the right time set aside for both you and your stylist to achieve your dreams, baby!

 

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Appointments cancelled inside the 48-hour requirement window will incur a $25 late cancellation fee or up to 50% of the scheduled services for the appointment being cancelled (based on stylist's discretion). ANY NO SHOW will be charged 75% of the appointment to the card on file that was scheduled and a deposit will be required to book your next appointment.

We understand that things an come up unexpectedly such as illness or car troubles. We will address fees things on a case by case basis per management and stylist approval.

If your card is declined, fees must be taken care of prior to scheduling any future appointments. 

​

If a deposit is required to secure an appointment time, the deposit amount will go toward the total of your booked services upon completion of services.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please add your FULL card information when booking online. If you do not feel comfortable leaving your card information online, please call us at 563-323-0919 so we can confidentially obtain your card information.
